Clinics are held in Norwich and Cromer. However, all surgery and hand therapy services are limited to Norwich.

Most NHS operating is performed within the award winning Norwich Hand Unit, located in APU (ambulatory procedures unit) of Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.

Select patients (usualy requiring a general anaesthetic) will be invited to attend a list in NANOC (Norfolk & Norwich Orthopaedic Centre).
