Motec Wrist Replacement
Have you been offered a wrist fusion?
If so, then wrist replacement may be an alternative. This device provides pain relief but keeps your wrist moving (average of 120 degrees range)
Denervation / Neurectomy
Nerves carry pain signals to your brain. This is useful in injury but not for arthritis.
Targeted removal of nerves can present a low risk option to reduce pain, and can be performed for many joints in the hand and wrist.
MAIA thumb base replacement
Trapeziectomy is a good procedure.
However, if you value stronger pinch grip and a faster return to activity/work then a thumb base replacement may be a better option.
